Check-in: 4:00pm to 8:00pm – Late check-ins, please inform innkeepers to receive late check-in directions.

Check-out: 11:00am

Extra Persons: NO extra persons above the specified maximum room occupancy are permitted due to occupancy limitations:
Mist Trail Suite – Up to 4 guests.
Panoramic Trail Suite – Up to 6 guests.
Sentinel Dome Trail Suite – Up to 4 guests.

Guests found in violation of this policy will be charged a fee for additional guests and may be asked to make other lodging arrangements for additional guests.

Reservations: Advanced reservations are recommended as rooms book early in the spring and summer seasons. A two night minimum reservation is required all year round, except by special arrangement with the innkeepers. All reservations will be charged a county required 11% hotel tax on the total of the reservation. We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and cash as payment. We are unable to accept checks as payment. Changing your booking after your initial reservation may affect the rate and or availability of the room.

Deposits and Cancellations: The total of your reservation will be charged on your arrival date at the Inn. Cancellation of your reservation up to 7 days prior to arrival are made without penalty. Cancellation of your reservation with less than 7 days notice will be charged the FULL amount of the reservation to the credit card on file. Departure before your scheduled departure date will be considered a cancellation and will be charged the full amount of the reservation. Due to our intimate size, cancellations affect us significantly, so we strictly adhere to our cancellation policies.

Pets: No pets allowed at any time.

Smoking: Out of courtesy to our other guests, there is no smoking allowed inside any of our buildings or patio areas. Considerate smokers may smoke in the designated smoking area only. We hope you will respect this rule. You will be charged a $150 room cleaning fee if found to be in violation of the smoking policy.

 

Housekeeping:

  • A refreshment of your unit will be provided every second day of your reservation. Housekeeping will include emptying all trash, fresh towels, and cleaning of all necessary areas as needed, as well as a replenishing of your breakfast basket according to your reservation.
  • For longer reservations: In addition to the normal cleaning, every fourth day will includes fresh sheets for all beds.
